Refund Policy
A refund may be issued under the following circumstances:
Inclement weather
If current or forecasted weather conditions on your departure date prevent us from providing a safe and enjoyable experience, we will notify you as soon as possible that the trip has been canceled. You may then choose either a refund or to reschedule your trip.
Please note that we will not cancel tours due to light rain unless it is accompanied by strong winds, high waves, or continuous heavy rainfall that would prevent a safe and enjoyable experience.
Travel interruption due to the U.S.–Israel–Iran conflict
If the guest’s flight to Thailand is delayed by more than 24 hours or canceled due to the conflict, the guest may cancel their reservation and receive a refund, provided that notification is received at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour departure.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure will not qualify for a refund.
Cancellation by the captain due to unforeseen circumstances
If the captain cancels the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued, including any fees paid by us.
Private charters
Guests may reschedule a private tour or charter by providing at least three weeks’ notice before the scheduled departure date. Rescheduling is permitted up to one year from the original tour departure date.
Guests absent at the scheduled pickup time
If your transportation has not arrived within 10 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, please contact us immediately.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel or charter cancellation insurance to protect yourself against the potential loss of deposits due to unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that the guidelines above describe the worst-case scenario. We will make every effort to keep cancellation or amendment fees to a minimum. Each cancellation request will be evaluated individually by our European management team to determine whether the circumstances justify a refund.
