We reserve the right to alter or cancel the day on board due to unforeseen circumstances. Circumstances, such as equipment breakage or failure, weather, or water routes that are unsafe to operate in. Should we cancel your YONA Day experience? We will offer an alternative date or issue a full refund.

Ø By Client:

– Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will incur a 10% set-up fee.

The reservation date. If you would like to modify the reservation date, please contact us. We require notification at least 72 hours before the initial reservation. In this case, no. Additional charges will apply.

If you cancel between 24 and 72 hours before the reservation date, You will receive a 50% refund of the fee.

– Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation will not receive a refund. Date or for “no-show” reservations.

Terms & Conditions

Dress code:

Partners are responsible for informing clients about our strict dress code policy. An elegant A smart casual dress code is required to access the club. Sportswear, singlets, and cutoffs.
We do not allow clothing, Crocs, sandals with socks, or plastic bags. We reserve the right to refuse entry to guests who do not adhere to the dress code.

Beach Club Floor 1 (Check-in from 2 PM until 5 PM.)

Cabanas

Choose one of our 10 cabanas, which can accommodate 4 to 8 guests, located in the Beach Club area on the first floor. Situated around the infinity pool, it’s the ultimate place to spend time with family and friends, enjoy a breathtaking view of the ocean, and dance to the beats.

Pool Beds

Take in the beauty of our infinity pool by lounging on one of our 12 cozy poolbeds. These spaces can hold up to three guests, making them ideal for groups looking to relax and get involved.
Sea Bed

Enjoy the pleasures of life, sunbathe on one of our private sea beds, and cool off by admiring a magnificent sea view.

NB: We do not allow clients to bring food or drinks on board.

Opening hours & destinations:

High Season: Open daily 2 PM–09:30 PM (18th November 2024 until 15th December 2024).
High Season: Open daily 9:30 AM–9:30 PM (16th December 2024 to 20th April 2025).
Shuttle Boat Schedule: Every 20 minutes from 9:30 AM to 5 PM (The last shuttle boat).
The boat departs from the pier to Yona at 5 PM. We won’t accept any guests after that time.
