08:30 Pick up from your hotel.  Starting with a quick safety briefing for mountain biking then cycle to the north of Aonang Beach the countryside.

Here we will see a mix of local lifestyles and experience how local people do their daily work.

Passing rubber, palm oil, and pineapple farm there are many different kinds of flora in the wild to capture. The farm belongs to local people who work for a living and survive.

13:00 Refreshing with a cold drink, soft drink, banana, and back to the hotel.
